  ASSORTMENT OF PRODUCTION
Works main lines of activity are the manufacturing of building steel structures, cylindrical vertical vessels for oil and gas products, chemicals, treacle, water and other liquids of the capacity up to 50000 m3. Vertical cylindrical vessels are made by rolling.

Output of the enterprise is 30,000 tons of metal structures including 18,000 tons of rolled vessels per annum

ABOUT US
JSC "Makeevka Metal-Construction Works" is formed in 1994 on base "Makeevka Metal-Construction" works. The Works was founded in 1931 and is one of the oldest enterprises of civil engineering complex of Ukraine.
The factory makes production for domestic, and for foreign customers.
Strategy of the factory is the manufacture corresponding to the world standards of quality, but at the price of the Ukraine market.
The plant is equipped with modern equipment of high quality, including:
1. Gas-cutting machine CRYSTAL with two cutters and numerical programmed
control for figure location and spacing of sheets.
2. Belt saw machines SVERISING, Taiwan-made, for cutting sections, rods,
rounds, squares and strips.
3. Belt saw machine BOMAR, Chekh-made, for cutting heavy sections and
welded
beams.
4. Multifunctional machine GEKA, Spain-made, for mechanical processing
of
angle, channel, strips and punching holes in them.
5. 300t force hydraulic three-cam straightening press STIERLI-BIEGER,
Switzer-
land-made, for straightening welded columns and beams as well as for
bending
heavy section blanks.
6. Automatic line FICEP, Italy-made, for high performance drilling of
beams,
channels, angles, strips, and flanges with max drilling diameters up to
40 mm.
7. Welding equipment OERLIKON, Sweden-made, for high performance
gas-shielded
arc welding.
8. Thermoabrasive equipment for cleaning metalware and vacuum spray
painting
equipment GRACO, USA-made.

Products made by our Works are well-known in Ukraine as well as CIS and Baltic countries. Main consumers of our products are enterprises of oil and gas complex, metallurgy, sugar industry.
Our partners are Kremenchug oil processing plant, OJSC Lisichansk oil processing plant, Oil terminal in Feodosiy, Nikolayev, Kaliningrad, CJSC "Iljichevsk Fuel terminal", NJSC "Oil&Gas" OJSC Lukoil, NGDU Dolina Oil&Gas, oil pipeline "Odessa-Brody" , OJSC NPK Galichina, Antony Douglas Inc (Canada), OJSC "NC Alphanafta", JSV PristaOil, Delta-Vilmar CIS LTD.
Our plant has fabricated tanks for oil, petroleum products and other metalworks for these companies: Borispol, Odessa and Simferopol airports.
Oil mills in Zaporozhye, Lvov, Odessa, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk mill "Oleina"; Cargil Combine LTD (USA) - sunflower processing mill in Donetsk; Compani FLAS&K (Berdyansk), Snezhnyansk concentrating mill, ceramic tiles plant in the town of Slavyansk; Malinovsky glass works, Knauff Gips Donbass.
The Works maintains close ties with Donbass State Academy of Civil Engineering, Science Research Institute "Promstroj Project", Ukrainian Corporation "Vostokstalkonstruktsia".
The enterprise has quality certificates of the UkrSEPRO System for its products.
