Large Diameter Pipes

Pipes of large diameter are the pipes with an outer diameter of 530 mm. They are used not only in the construction of main oil and gas pipelines, but also in the construction of water supply, heat and drainage systems, as well as for other purposes.
Pipes of large diameter intended for the transportation of different gases, liquids, bulk, powdered and remiss masses.

According to the purpose and type of transported masses, as well as the length and structure type, pipelines are divided into the following groups:
The main pipelines of various types, namely gas pipelines for supply of natural or artificial gas from the place of extraction or production to industrial centers and population aggregates; oil pipelines for transport of oil and heavy oil products from areas of extraction to standby storehouses or from the primary station to refineries; products pipelines ( gasoline pipe lines, etc.), which feed refined oil products from the place of their production to the distribution storehouses and consumers; water pipes and aqueducts for transport of water from the water sources to the water facilities or from the latest to the water distribution system.
Pipelines of industrial enterprises and power stations, which are an integral part of the production units. These include all kinds of gas lines, air ducts, dust flues, steam pipes, heat pipes, etc.
Pipelines of hydraulic structures (hydropower stations, reservoirs, sluices, etc.).
Stock lines for transport of hydropeat at the peateries, of different bulk materials at warehouses and industrial enterprises, ash dischargers of thermal power plants, etc.
Pipelines for special purposes - inverted siphons and tunnels for construction of pipelines, heating systems, electrical cables, etc. inside of them (at the intersection of various obstacles). They also include a variety of self-bearing and supporting pipelines, combining bearing and framing functions, and other special pipes.

According to the place of installation and type of bearing pipelines can be: ground-surface pipes, located above ground level on separate supports; underground pipes, laid directly to the ground in the trenches, ditches, embankments, adits or on the supports in tunnels and aqueducts; underwater pipes, stacked on the bottom of ponds and rivers or in trenches, dug at the bottom.
